My husband has taken our vehicles here a couple of times now on recommendation from someone else.
The first time was to get some brake work done on his car. The service was done for an affordable price with no hidden problems. The mechanics also checked over the rest of the car for any other pressing issues and found a few minor problems, however this was not addressed in an “upsell” manor. They simply reported their findings and they were not pressing issues so they said they would monitor them ongoing for any changes.
Very professional shop, friendly employees. We are not scared to leave our vehicles here in the future and trust the advice we are given!

I am so fortunate to have found this shop. They are trustworthy, efficient and know what they are talking about. The work is top-notch and I know I can take my SUV to them and have a great experience. The staff and owners are professional and speak to me so I understand what is wrong or was fixed. They do specialize in 4x4 and Right Hand drive...which my SUV is neither...but they also specialize in any others!! They knew what was wrong with my Acadia as well as my Montana and how to fix it....unlike the dealership. I will never go back to the dealership again. Thanks Proactive!

I have had two of my vehicles serviced at ProActive Auto. over the past 2 years. The staff has always been very professional and taken great care to ensure they completed the work exactly as requested by me.
It’s hard to find shops in the city nowadays you can trust and feel confident in bringing your vehicles to. I have always left ProActive feeling satisfied I paid a fair price and confident in the work done by the techs. I will happily return the Proactive for service in the future.
